Dr. Logan earned her Ph.D. from the University of Washington and completed her postdoctoral training at the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies at Brown University. She provided integrated behavioral health care and coordinated substance use services at West Hawaii Community Health Center from 2015-2020, including starting an addiction medicine program within primary care. In 2020, Dr. Logan transitioned into practice offering clinical and consultation services. She is the current President of the Hawaii Psychological Association, and also works with the Opioid Response Network providing technical services to across the Pacific since 2019.
